📅 30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Final sale items / Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (if applicable)

🛠️ How to Initiate a Return

Please do NOT mail your purchase back to the sender's address or our corporate office without contacting us first.

  1. Email Us: Send a return request to hello@mirelisse.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you the correct warehouse return address and authorized steps.

  3. Ship the Item: Package your item securely and ship it to the designated address provided by our support team. (Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

💰 Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank's processing times).

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@mirelisse.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right instantly.
